Client Details

Our client is a well known ENR Midwest Top 50 Company with projects spanning from higher education and healthcare to light industrial. They have a very collaborative culture with an open door type of leadership. They value training and development with clear career path advancement.

Description

  • Manage change orders, purchase orders, and permits
  • Help create project schedules and coordinate subcontractors
  • Plan timeline for earthwork, concrete, electial, etc.
  • Communicate with city inspectors
  • Assist with monthly budgets
  • Review drawings and specs

Profile

  • Bachelors degree in construction management or similar
  • 4-5 years of experience in the construction space, preferably as a project engineer
  • Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience working with a general contractor preferred
