As a Senior AI Transformation Program Manager, you will be a key part of setting the strategy, operating model, and execution plans for complex cross-functional programs that are critical to the AI-driven transformation of Google Marketing. You will partner closely with AI Lab project leads and be responsible for ensuring the AI Lab successfully partners with Core Engineering, Marketing Operations, and cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Risk, Finance, Strategy and Operations (S&O)) to prioritize work, align plans, deliver impact, and graduate AI Lab solutions out for scaled adoption across all program areas and regions. You grow in fast-paced, team environments and are comfortable pivoting between multiple projects. Problem-solving comes naturally, and your ability to build consensus and create clarity from ambiguity is key to your success.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Drive execution of complex, global, cross-functional AI programs by defining project roadmaps, managing timelines, proactively identifying and removing roadblocks, and creating mitigation plans to ensure delivery and adoption.
- Own the launch plan for AI Lab solutions, including the management of project due-diligence and approvals with cross-functional partners like engineering, privacy, security, finance, legal, and compliance.
- Provide clear and consistent communication to key stakeholders, manage forums like Monthly Progress Reviews (MPRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to showcase progress, report impact, and drive stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate with program managers and project leads across work streams and functions to ensure integrated communications, action items, and workback plans.
- Translate the AI transformation goal and marketer needs into actionable program plans, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical execution while advocating the marketer.
