We at Coforge are hiring an Agile Coach with following skillset :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Agile environments.
- 5+ years of experience coaching Agile teams and leaders.
- Proven experience leading enterprise Agile transformations.
- Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevOps, and Agile delivery practices.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working with executive leadership teams.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale Agile transformations involving multiple business units.
- Background in organizational change management.
- Experience with product operating models and value stream management.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled delivery practices and modern Agile technology ecosystems.
- Experience implementing Agile practices across both business and technology functions.
Preferred Certifications
- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional (CSP)
- Scrum.org Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
- Scrum Inc. Registered Scrum Trainer (RST) or Registered Scrum@Scale Practitioner
- Project Management Institute PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC)
- Certified Team Coach (CTC)
- Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred)
