You are the person families will remember when they choose where to enroll their child. From initial inquiry through final commitment, you define how Alpha feels, communicates, and fulfills its commitments. This position is designed for someone who understands that speed, precision, and genuine care are not competing priorities—they define the baseline.
Alpha is reshaping what school can be. Our campuses blend academic rigor, technology-driven learning, and a coherent philosophy that honors both students and families. Admissions is where that philosophy becomes tangible. Families arrive curious, uncertain, and optimistic. Your responsibility is to transform doubt into conviction.
In this position, you own the admissions journey after a family expresses interest. You will answer family questions quickly and with professionalism, organize campus tours and shadow experiences, keep applicant records flawless, and guide conversations that help parents evaluate whether Alpha's model serves their child. This is not a support role. You are client-facing, process-oriented, and responsible for the family's entire Alpha experience.
This is an on-campus, high-tempo position suited to someone who thrives managing competing demands without sacrificing accuracy or warmth. If you value execution, clarity, and building experiences that feel effortless to families, this role delivers meaningful ownership and influence.
What You Will Be Doing
- Answering inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with communication that is clear, inviting, and aligned with Alpha's voice
- Organizing and running admissions events, campus tours, and shadow day experiences for students

What You Won’t Be Doing
- Deciding which students are admitted or enrolled
- Leading classroom instruction or assisting with daily teaching
- Relying on aggressive sales techniques or prescribed scripts
- Operating in a setting where standards, focus, or expectations remain ambiguous
