• Full-Cycle AR Ownership: Manage and collect outstanding accounts to optimize company cash flow, proactively drive down DSO, and serve as the internal subject matter expert on AR processes.
• Complex Reconciliations: Research and resolve unallocated payments, address intricate billing or tax discrepancies, and actively streamline the order-to-cash cycle.
• Data & Analytics: Prepare and analyze aging reports, collection performance metrics, and cash flow forecasts to deliver critical strategic insights directly to leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Finance and Operations teams to iron out invoicing bottlenecks and support upcoming system implementations and process optimization projects.

Ideal profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business
• 1+ years of dedicated AR, billing, or collections experience
• Strong system savviness & Excel skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to manage customer accounts and resolve disputes professionally
