Robert Half client is now Hiring: an Accounts Payable Staff Accountant

We’re looking for a tech-savvy accounting professional with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in Accounts Payable and general accounting. Based on general knowledge.

What you’ll do:

• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable: match, batch, code, and process invoices.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Join meetings to discuss Accounts Payable status, issues, and updates.
• Perform Accounts Payable and balance sheet reconciliations and report variances.
• Support 1099 processing.
• Use Excel for VLOOKUPs and PivotTables.
• Work within a major ERP system

What we’re looking for:

• Full-cycle AP experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Excel skills - Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPS
• Degree in Accounting
• Experience with a large ERP platform preferably 3M and/or ADP Financial
