Location: Miami near design district 33137

Schedule: 2 days Remote / 3 in office (may have some additional future flex)

Mon-Fri; 8:30-5:30 with some flex

Salary: $110,000 with some possible stretch

Benefits: majority % of Insurance paid for employee; 20 days vacation + 2 personal days +sick days; Holidays and Winter Break closure; 401k with match

This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with well-rounded skills in financial reporting, operational accounting, grants administration, payroll and human resources knowledge for a small entity of a larger foundation.

The Accounting Manager maintains payables, coding and ensures correct allocations, accounts receivables, entries and performs reconciliations of accounts; reviews financials and statements preparation performing month end close; maintains budgets, financial reporting on expenses, and grant accounting in Financial Edge software; provides documentation for audits; administers payroll in ADP and retirement plan reporting and maintains Human Resources documention and employee relations of a small team of 20 remote educational services providers.

This role collaborates closely with the CFO and Executives of the main foundation providing reports and requires strong communication skills in English. Use of Financial Edge software and ADP, Excel.
