Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the month-end close process
• Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Perform financial analysis to support business decisions
• Partner cross-functionally with finance and operational leaders
• Support and help drive AI and process improvement initiatives within accounting and finance
• Assist with system enhancements, automation, and scalability efforts
• Manage and develop accounting staff

Qualifications:

• CPA required
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
