We’re hiring: Accounting Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to support a fast-paced, growing organization. This role will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strengthening processes, and supporting leadership with actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and journal entries
• Support audit readiness and coordinate with external auditors
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to leadership
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
• Partner cross-functionally across finance, operations, and leadership teams

What we’re looking for:

• 5–8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience managing or mentoring junior staff
• Proven ability to streamline processes and improve controls
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, evolving environment

Preferred:

• CPA or CPA-track
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills
