What You’ll Do

• Lead and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly close in accordance with GAAP
• Serve as a subject matter expert within your accounting area, providing guidance and quality oversight
• Partner closely with systems and technology teams on ERP enhancements, testing, and integrations
• Support and maintain SOX controls
• Mentor and develop a team of accountants

What They’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–7+ years of accounting experience, ideally within a large or complex environment
• Working knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
• Proven ability to lead, review, and develop accounting staff
