Responsibilities

• Monthly financial statement and operational results preparation
• Assist with annual review and financial statement preparation
• Forecasting and budgeting
• Manage month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis, financial reporting to the asst controller.
• Prepare financial report on an accrual basis
• Assist with the annual audit process

Qualifications

• 8+ years of accounting experience - construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is between $125,000 and $140,000, anticipated bonus of up to 10%,
