Role Description

The Account Manager role is a full-time, remote position. The individual in this role will oversee the development and maintenance of client relationships while managing and renewing insurance policies. Primary responsibilities include identifying client needs, offering tailored insurance solutions, providing exceptional support, monitoring accounts, and helping achieve company goals through effective client management. In addition, the Account Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client inquiries and ensure their satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong account management and relationship-building skills to address client needs and foster long-term partnerships.
• Experience in insurance, policy administration, and understanding of coverage solutions.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Proficiency in relevant technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with nonprofit, religious, or service-oriented organizations (a plus).
