The Account Executive drives new business growth within the Oklahoma City market through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and full-cycle B2B sales execution. You manage the entire sales process — from identifying prospects and conducting facility walkthroughs to presenting proposals and closing new accounts.

▸ 𝐑𝐮𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞: Qualify prospects, conduct walkthroughs, present proposals, negotiate, and close

▸ 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝: Spend the majority of your time face-to-face with decision-makers

▸ 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝: Networking events, chambers of commerce, trade shows, and community functions

▸ Demonstrated success prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing new business

▸ Comfortable owning a full sales cycle and being accountable to individual revenue goals

▸ Strong cold-calling and business development skills with consistent follow-through

▸ Confident, professional communicator who can present value to business owners

▸ Highly organized with strong time management and pipeline management skills

▸ Self-directed, competitive, and motivated by performance-based compensation

▸ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems

▸ Experience selling services, contracts, or recurring-revenue solutions strongly preferred

▸ Experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or facilities-related services is a plus, but not required
