You understand what gifted learners can achieve — you lived it. If you've watched that promise eroded by mediocre standards and uniform curricula, there's another path.

At gt.school, you guide a cohort of 15–20 K–12 students through material 5–10x faster than traditional classrooms permit. Your role is to eliminate ceilings: facilitating one-hour life skills workshops covering public speaking, focus, and feedback, and conducting personalized motivation sessions guided by Coachbot analytics that link each learner's objectives to measurable progress in the app. You'll see students who once hesitated over sentences complete the Test2Pass and leave equipped to address any audience. Your own academic achievements inform every interaction. There is no template.

This is not conventional teaching. No stacks of papers to grade, no behavioral management, no diluted lesson plans aimed at the middle. Those who establish strong performance records here — reliable student satisfaction, 100% goal-completion rates, verified skill mastery — are considered for leadership positions, guiding a small team of colleagues while continuing to lead their own cohort.

Apply now if you're prepared to hold gifted learners to the expectations they've earned.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Facilitating one-hour life skills workshops covering public speaking, focus, and feedback for a cohort of 15–20 K–12 learners, drawing on gt.school's curriculum and your own academic background
  • Conducting personalized motivation sessions, leveraging Coachbot analytics to monitor each student's progress in learning apps relative to their stated goals
  • Overseeing mastery-based Test2Pass assessments to validate student skill acquisition
  • Adjusting delivery dynamically through storytelling, personal credibility, and AI-driven personalized instruction to sustain challenge and engagement for gifted students
  • Monitoring progress toward 100% goal-completion and 95% student satisfaction targets

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Managing a conventional classroom — every learner here has opted in
  • Grading assignments, producing report cards, or managing the administrative load typical of standard teaching positions
  • Teaching toward standardized tests or externally imposed assessment requirements
  • Simplifying content — learners here are ready to engage with your full expertise
  • Working with unmotivated or average-paced students
