Responsibilities

General Summary:

• Responsible for developing test strategies, architecting test plans across the test areas like Functional, Performance, Stability and Deployment scenarios for validating and qualifying WIFI access point products and features.
• Customer focused attitude to deliver high quality products/solutions and eliminating test escapes.
• Plan and drive continuous efficiency improvements on test case optimization, test automation and test infrastructure to reduce the test cost and test cycle time.
• Lead the team and serve as a mentor to the next level leads and coach them on validating complex features, systems, testing strategies, and automation.
• Drive and train the team on performing triage and debug analysis by gathering, integrating, and interpreting information from a variety of sources in-order to root cause the issues and find solutions faster.
• Collaborate with software, systems, product management and customer engineering teams across the geo.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  
  
  

OR

Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
