Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, the position requires documenting technical designs and specifications clearly and conducting research to integrate the latest content and features into the websites, ensuring they remain current and user-friendly. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders to align web functionalities with project goals is also a key part of daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for web applications.
- Maintain and update existing web applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in web development throughout the project lifecycle.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design principles to create adaptable web interfaces.
- Familiarity with web application testing and debugging techniques.
- Ability to document technical specifications and design documents clearly and comprehensively.
- Understanding of web content management and integration processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
