Location: Pune
Role & responsibilities
- Support Customer Service organizations (3+ years experience preferred)
- Develop UI forms, fields, notifications, and workflows
- Maintain JavaScript server/client-side code
- Create and manage reports, gauges, and homepages
- Manage Service Level Agreement (SLA) data and workflows
- Create new service catalog requests and items with variables
- Build, monitor, modify, and publish workflows with approvals
- Search, populate, and customize CSM knowledge bases
- Create and manage access control rules
- Work with ServiceNow applications and understand inter-relationships
- Implement and configure ServiceNow processes and modules
- Work with service management and related tools
- Understand web applications, networks, protocols, and email systems (SMTP, POP3)
- Integrate ServiceNow with CRM and ERP systems
- Execute Web Services integrations
