Role & responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of SAP SD modules for the clients business operations.
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and service requests related to SAP SD processes (Order to Cash, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, etc.).
• Work extensively with system interfaces, including integration with third-party applications and internal SAP modules.
• Collect and document comprehensive business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives.
• Create detailed Functional Specifications for enhancements and new developments, ensuring clarity and completeness.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to deliver RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) objects, overseeing the development lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure SAP SD settings and perform necessary changes as per the business requirements and approved change management processes.
