    Role Overview
    We are looking for a detail oriented & analytical Product Specialist to support sales planning, inventory management, & performance tracking across product lines. The role requires strong data analysis, Excel expertise, & the ability to convert insights into actionable business recommendations.
    Key Responsibilities
    1. Analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance across models & zones.
    2. Analyze demand trends & product-wise contribution.
    Track Sales Target vs Achievement vs Supply Plan & highlight gaps.
    Monitor inventory metrics (WOD, RT, Run Rate, Sell-through).
    Build & maintain interactive dashboards & automated reports.
    Identify slow-moving, zero-sale, & overstock models & recommend actions.
    3.Support GTM planning for new product launches (Target Stores, channel mix, stock allocation).
    Coordinate with cross-functional teams:
    4.Sales Team (execution & feedback)
    5.L&D Team (product training alignment)
    6. Channel/Distributor Management Team (stock billing, movement & availability)
    7. Promoter Management Team (incentive alignment & targets)
    8.Branding/Marketing Team (campaigns & visibility)
    Ensure alignment between planning, execution & market performance.
    Present insights, reports & recommendations to stakeholders.
    Support product lifecycle management.
    Education Qualifications & Required Skills
    Graduate in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech or related fields preferred).

Exposure to data analysis, business analytics, or operations preferred.
Strong analytical thinking & problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards).
Ability to interpret large datasets & derive insights.
Strong presentation & communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Consumer Electronics / Smartphone / FMCG.
Understanding of sales strategy & competition analysis.
Experience in sales planning, inventory management, or business analysis.
Key Traits
Strong coordination & stakeholder management skills.
Data-driven mindset with business understanding.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ownership & execution focus.
Strong business acumen.
