Job description-

Job Requirements

• 812 years of hands-on experience in Non-Functional / Performance Testing with strong expertise in Apache JMeter and BlazeMeter
• Proven experience in Performance, Load, Stress, Spike, and Endurance Testing for enterprise-scale applications
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apache JMeter including test plan design, thread groups, samplers, timers, listeners, assertions, and result analysis
• Experience using BlazeMeter for cloud-based and large-scale test execution, reporting, and CI/CD pipeline integration
• Hands-on experience in test script design including correlation, parameterization, data-driven testing, and validations
• Experience in performance testing of Web applications and RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, request/response structures, headers, cookies, and authentication mechanisms
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, and automated pipeline execution of performance tests
• Basic scripting knowledge in Groovy and/or Java for custom JMeter scripting and enhancements (added advantage)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute performance testing (load, stress, spike, endurance) using JMeter and BlazeMeter aligned with business and non-functional requirements
• Design, review, and maintain JMeter scripts with effective correlation, parameterization, validations, and reusable best-practice frameworks
• Execute and analyze performance tests (cloud and CI runs), monitor system metrics, identify bottlenecks, and deliver clear performance reports and recommendations
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, and QA teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and drive continuous performance improvements
