Job Description: We are hiring for an International Chat Process (UK) role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries from UK-based clients, providing accurate solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle chats with UK customers
- Understand customer queries and resolve them efficiently
- Maintain clear and professional communication
- Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Adhere to process guidelines and company policies
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to understand the UK customer requirements
- Flexible to work in UK rotational shifts
- 1+ years of experience in chat support
- 1+ years of experience in Banking Process - BPO
- Freshers are not eligible to apply
Work Details:
- 5 days working
- Work from office (Bangalore)
