Role & responsibilities
- Actively drive employee referral programs and generate quality referrals.
- Plan and execute referral drives, campaigns, and engagement activities to boost participation
- Handle referral payouts, eligibility checks, and policy communication accurately
- Identify innovative ways to increase referral participation and quality hires
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to on boarding.
- Experience candidates should have hands on sourcing potential candidates through job portals (Naukri), social media, and internal databases.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate status regularly.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate/Postgraduate (Freshers and 01 years of experience are welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong sourcing and networking abilities.
- Ability to generate employee referrals and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
