Key Responsibilities
- The Hunt: Source, engage, and vet the best US engineering and non-IT talent using creative sourcing techniques across job portals and professional networks.
- Own the Cycle: Manage end-to-end recruitment. From the first interaction to the final offer letter, you drive the process.
- Be the Bridge: Act as the primary connector between talented professionals and high-impact global projects.
- Build the Network: Cultivate strong candidate pipelines in high-demand technical and non-technical domains.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven experience in US Engineering and Non-IT Recruitment.
- Domain Expertise: Experience hiring for Medical Devices, Manufacturing, Aerospace, or Light Industries is a huge advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal)—you can build rapport with candidates across the globe.
- Grit & Drive: You are target-driven, thrive under pressure, and love the thrill of closing deals.
