Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews accordingly.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
