IT Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of technology professionals for state, local, and public sector clients across the United States. This role involves sourcing, screening, qualifying, and onboarding IT candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle IT recruitment, from job requisition to onboarding, for public and state government clients.
- Source qualified candidates using platforms such as Monster, Dice, CB, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of cleared and compliant IT professionals for contract.
- Conduct thorough screenings to ensure candidates meet technical and eligibility criteria.
- Collaborate with managers and other team members to define role requirements, salary ranges, and contract terms.
- Negotiate pay rates and terms aligned with client budget structures and agency standards.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring panels.
- Maintain recruitment data within ATS and prepare weekly submission and pipeline reports.
- Build long-term candidate and vendor relationships to strengthen agency partnership performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 35 years of experience in US IT recruitment with state and public sector clients.
- Strong knowledge of state processes and public sector documentation.
- Experience in sourcing candidates for IT domains.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with W2 and C2C hiring structures.
- Strong understanding of visa types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT).
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet strict client submission deadlines.
Must have – BE/ BTech education degree
