- Implementation experience on more than one module like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM etc.
- Experience integrations and should have integrated at least 5+ tools with ServiceNow
- Experience in Flow Designer
- Should be hands on developer as well
- Experience in managing ServiceNow Partnership
