At BelleVie, we are looking for highly skilled UI/UX designer to design and shape unique, user-centric products and experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with frontend and backend developers and content writers. You will be able to make deliberate design decisions and to translate any given user-experience journey into a smooth and intuitive interaction.
Job Responsibilities :
- Create overall concepts for the user experience within the mobile applications and websites using Figma & Adobe Photoshop.
- Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Provide logical reasoning and research to support your designs
- Present and defend your design decisions. All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)
- Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industrys standards.
- Communicate design ideas with the design team and product team and reiterate designs if required
- Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams
Required:
- Proven 5+ years of experience UI Designing
- Strong design sense and in-depth knowledge of current mobile and web standards
- Passionate about creating high performing mobile application's designs
- Strong mobile app portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview.
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.
- Experience using tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision etc
- Understanding of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 Javascript.
- Should have multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Creative ideas with a problem solving mindset.
- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.
Minimum Educational Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or Diploma in Design, Computer Science / IT with relevant hands-on experience or Equivalent practical experience or certifications in software development (for fresher or self-taught candidates)
