Uat Test Lead

Location: Gurgoan

Exp.: 5 - 6 years (UAT Testing, ALM, Paper Testing, System Testing)

Work Mode - 3 days WFO

Team handling - 4 - 5 People

Experience in manual software and system testing.

Delivering quality by ensuring accuracy and adherence to SOPs and quality logs

Understanding the lthe clinicalinical development process, clinical study stages and milestones and managing activities related to driving compliance of the process and system

Project conceptualization, management and communication with stakeholders

Generating insights by acquiring the domain knowledge and driving compliance to support the business process

Project and performance management, client engagement and governance

Previous exposure to transactional work involving any system

Solid computer proficiency in a variety of databases and software applications; technical aptitude

Ability to multi-task and to work within a framework of standard processes

Exhibits enhanced customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally in English (verbal and written).

Ability to grasp requirerequirementsmthe ent and deliver as per understanding

Qualitydemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; looks for ways to improve and promote quality.

Self-motivated, desire to learn, quick to adadaptaptability, able to work independently and under tight timelines Technical Skills:

Project management/coordination or Operations Management experience would be preferable
