Territory Service Officer (TSO) 3rd Party role
1. Core Purpose of the Role
The TSO is responsible for managing the after-sales service operations in a specific geographic territory. The goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction, drive service revenue, and ensure dealers adhere to Hero MotoCorps service standards.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Dealer Service Operations
- Workshop Standards: Ensure that dealer workshops follow the "Hero Service Standard" (layout, tools, and equipment).
- Capacity Utilization: Monitor the number of "bay" entries and ensure the workshop is handling the maximum possible number of vehicles.
- Quality of Service: Monitor the Repeat Job percentage to ensure technicians are fixing bikes correctly the first time.
B. Revenue & Business Growth
- Spare Parts & Oil: Drive the sale of Hero Genuine Parts (HGP) and Hero Genuine Oil (HGO) within the territory.
- Value Added Services (VAS): Promote and hit targets for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), Teflon coating, and engine nitrogen filling.
- Joyride Program: Increase enrollment in Heros loyalty and service programs.
C. Customer Experience (CE)
- Complaint Management: Resolve customer complaints escalated from the dealer level within the stipulated Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Happiness Index: Monitor and improve the CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) and CES (Customer Effort Score) for the assigned territory.
- Field Support: Provide technical assistance for complex vehicle issues that dealer technicians cannot solve.
Training & Compliance
- Manpower Training: Ensure dealer technicians and Service Advisors (SAs) .
- Warranty Management: Audit and verify warranty claims submitted by dealers to prevent leakage and ensure timely settlement.
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
- Education: Full-time B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Automobile Engineering).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in Automobile Service Operations (OEM experience is highly preferred).
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years at the time of application.
- Locality: Preference is often given to candidates proficient in the local language of the territory.
