ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Treasury Manager New Products , you will lead the end-to-end implementation of new product initiatives from a Treasury perspective. Acting as the primary Treasury representative, you will drive the design, build, and operational readiness of new product flows and market launches.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role, where you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Payments , and senior leadership to ensure Treasury requirements are embedded across the full product lifecycle.
Product Delivery Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary Treasury point of contact for Product and Engineering teams.
- Own front-to-back delivery of new product initiatives, including design, testing, implementation, and go-live.
- Translate Treasury requirements into product and technical roadmaps.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Treasury, Payments, Compliance, and Technology teams.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Engage, influence, and where required push back on senior stakeholders to ensure Treasury priorities are met.
Treasury Transformation Automation
- Identify and deliver automation opportunities across treasury processes (cash management, payments, forecasting, bank reporting).
- Lead process re-engineering to support scalable and standardised new product flows.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to implement efficient, future-ready treasury infrastructure.
Data, Reporting Controls
- Improve data quality, reporting, and transparency across treasury activities.
- Build and enhance dashboards and MIS for liquidity, payments, and forecasting.
- Ensure all implementations align with treasury strategy, safeguarding requirements, and internal controls.
- Support Treasury readiness for new markets, products, and regulatory requirements.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Good relevant years of experience in Treasury, Payments, or Financial Services transformation roles.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end product or system implementations.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, payments ecosystems, and safeguarding.
- Experience in fintech or high-growth environments preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to influence senior leaders.
- Self-starter with high ownership, comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
