You’ll Be Responsible For

• Collaborate within project teams, providing guidance and mentoring to colleagues while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
• Lead the completion and coordination of MEP design packages, ensuring programme, cost, quality, and Health, Safety and Wellbeing deliverables are achieved.
• Manage interfaces between packages and coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and wider delivery partners.
• Identify risks proactively, developing and implementing mitigation plans to safeguard project outcomes.
• Apply technical expertise in modern methods of construction, supporting innovation in digital technologies and prefabrication.
• Contribute to project strategies and standards, working collaboratively to advance the net zero carbon transition through proactive carbon management.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree qualification is essential with 15-20 years experience.
• Full construction delivery life-cycle experience, in complex, highly regulated or mission critical projects is essential.
• Strong communicator with proven stakeholder and leadership capability.
• Professionally qualified in a relevant discipline or membership.
