Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Playwright to lead our project teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality. You will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, while leveraging your expertise in Playwright to enhance our testing and automation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Utilize Playwright for automated testing and quality assurance, ensuring robust and reliable software delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product managers, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as necessary.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure project success.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
