Job Description-

Responsibilities--

• Embed automation testing into the development lifecycle wherever applicable.
• Support CI/CD initiatives by collaborating with developers on test automation tools and infrastructure.
• Contribute to technical strategy by providing insights on software quality, reliability, and automation.
• Stay current with emerging test automation technologies and plan strategic improvements.
• Develop robust, maintainable automated tests that are resilient to UI and system changes.
• Work closely with development teams to identify quality requirements aligned with business needs.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote a strong quality mindset among developers and product owners.
• Evaluate existing testing tools and introduce new solutions to improve efficiency and ROI.

Skills Required

• At least 3+ years of experience in a hightech environment in a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with Core Java and JavaScript
• Expertise in Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Mockito
• Experience with Postman and JMeter for API and performance testing
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git
• Clear understanding of testing methodologies: unit, integration, smoke, performance, regression, and security testing
