- Lead initiatives to improve testing frameworks and automation strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide team members to develop their skills and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project timelines and deliverables.

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Mobile Device/App Automation Testing.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation frameworks tailored for mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of various mobile platforms and their testing requirements.
- Ability to analyze and optimize test automation processes to improve coverage and reduce execution time.
- Familiarity with integrating automation tools into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to mobile test automation environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Mobile Device/App Automation Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
