Job Title: IT Recruiter – Australia (Offshore)

Location: NCR, India

Shift: Australian Shift (Early Morning / Flexible)

Experience: 2–6 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter based in NCR to support hiring needs for the Australian market. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across various technologies, with a strong understanding of the Australia recruitment landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles across Australia
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and client requirements
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• Understand Australian visa types (PR, Citizen, Work Visa, etc.)
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
• Work closely with onshore stakeholders/clients
• Meet daily/weekly hiring targets and KPIs

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in IT recruitment (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, QA, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
• Good understanding of the Australian job market
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Familiarity with ATS tools

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Australian clients
• Knowledge of visa types like Subclass 482, 186, etc.
• Prior offshore recruitment experience
