Technical Project Manager Omnichannel Microservices Banking Platform
Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of an Omnichannel Microservices Banking Platform for a large public sector bank.
The role requires strong banking domain expertise, technical leadership, and delivery management across UPI, payments, and digital banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of omnichannel banking platform
Coordinate with Bank stakeholders, NPCI, compliance, and infrastructure teams
Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical deliverables
Review architecture, API flows, deployments, and production performance
Monitor live environments and ensure high availability and performance
Manage cross-functional teams (Development, QA, DevOps, Support)
Handle production incidents and provide RCA
Track and publish platform metrics (TPS, latency, failures, availability)

Required Skills
10+ years of technical leadership experience
Banking domain experience in UPI / payments / digital banking
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
Experience with Oracle, Linux, high-availability environments
Exposure to security audits, VAPT, encryption, and payment security
Strong stakeholder and team management skills

Good to Have
Kubernetes / container experience
Omnichannel banking platform experience
Experience working with Public Sector Banks
PMP / Agile certification

Experience
10+ years in banking technology
Experience delivering large-scale banking platforms preferred
