Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and contractors.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
Technical Oversight
- Provide technical guidance in mechanical/electrical system design and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Oversee testing, verification, and commissioning activities.
Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project objectives.
- Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, and reviews.
- Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare technical reports, change requests, and performance summaries.
- Track milestones and provide regular updates to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in engineering project management.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and design standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
Required Skillset
- Leadership and team coordination.
- Budgeting and financial oversight.
- Risk management and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CAD, BIM, and engineering documentation tools.
Good To Have
- Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems or industrial automation.
- Exposure to ISO standards, FMEA, and quality control methodologies
