Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines.
  
  

Technical Oversight

• Provide technical guidance in mechanical/electrical system design and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
• Oversee testing, verification, and commissioning activities.
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project objectives.
• Organize and lead project meetings, status updates, and reviews.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
  
  

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Prepare technical reports, change requests, and performance summaries.
• Track milestones and provide regular updates to leadership.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering project management.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and design standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  
  

Required Skillset

• Leadership and team coordination.
• Budgeting and financial oversight.
• Risk management and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CAD, BIM, and engineering documentation tools.
  
  

Good To Have

• Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems or industrial automation.
• Exposure to ISO standards, FMEA, and quality control methodologies
