Job Description

Choosing Capgemini means choosing a place where you’ll be empowered to shape your career, supported by a collaborative global community, and inspired to reimagine what’s possible. Join us in helping leading Consumer Products and Retail Services (CPRS) organizations unlock the value of technology and drive scalable, sustainable growth.

Your Role

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will lead end‑to‑end hardware and system‑level NPI programs from concept through mass production. You will drive execution across cross‑functional engineering and operations teams, ensuring high‑quality delivery across EVT, DVT, and PVT with predictable schedules.

In this role, you will:

  • Own hardware NPI programs through EVT → DVT → PVT → production.
  • Drive cross‑functional execution across HW, FW/SW, validation, manufacturing, and ops.
  • Build and manage program plans, schedules, RAID items, and milestones.
  • Lead reviews, readiness activities, and executive status updates.
  • Identify risks, drive mitigations, and resolve issues using structured problem‑solving (CAPA).
  • Act as the single point of contact for program communication and alignment.

Your Profile

  • 3–5 years of project/program management experience; 3+ years in hardware/system NPI.
  • Strong understanding of PCB lifecycle, manufacturing processes, and system integration.
  • Proven experience managing EVT/DVT/PVT and production readiness.
  • Skilled in cross‑functional coordination, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
  • Hands‑on with program tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet).
  • Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.
