Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end Technical Program Management initiatives, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth code integration, testing, and deployment processes.
• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from requirement gathering to production release.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective Stakeholder Management through regular updates and alignment.
• Ensure successful Program Delivery by tracking milestones, managing dependencies, and mitigating risks.
• Handle Project Management activities such as planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement and enhance DevOps practices for automation and efficiency.
• Govern and streamline Release Management processes, ensuring minimal disruption and high reliability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project and operational Risks proactively.
• Facilitate clear and effective Communication across teams, leadership, and stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in program management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum) and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale IT programs with multiple stakeholders.
