About Position:

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the evolution of a critical product currently operating on an older technology stack. Over the next few quarters, this product will undergo a major migration to a modern, technology stack (Java, DB, API, Spring Boot). The ideal candidate will drive product strategy, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure a seamless transition while maintaining business continuity.

What You'll Do:

• Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Prioritize features and enhancements considering both current stack limitations and future technology capabilities.
• Migration Planning & Execution
• Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute migration to the latest technology stack.
• Ensure backward compatibility and minimal disruption to existing customers during migration.
• Stakeholder Management
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, leadership, and customers about migration timelines, risks, and benefits.
• Gather and analyze feedback to refine product requirements.
• Market & Customer Focus
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities post-migration.
• Ensure product delivers value and meets customer expectations during and after transition.
• Metrics & Performance
• Define KPIs to measure product success pre- and post-migration.
• Monitor adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5+ years in product management, preferably with experience in technology migrations or legacy system modernization.
• Strong understanding of software development, lifecycles and modern technology stacks.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus.
