Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable enterprise products. In this role, you will provide hands‑on technical leadership using .NET Core and Angular, guide development teams, and collaborate closely with product, QA, and DevOps partners to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Key/Core Responsibilities/What you’ll do:

• Strong experience on .NET core
• Strong experience on Angular/React
• Responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of software development projects.
• Guide the development team, ensure code quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of software applications.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide hands-on coding support and conduct code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and DevOps teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies.
• Identify and resolve technical issues and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience in leading development teams.

Must have skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in .NET core.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in .NET Core 3.1 Web API & Entity Framework Core.
• 3 years of experience in Angular/React.
• 3 years of experience with Xunit/NUnit.
• 3 years of experience in Jasmine or Karma.

Required Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships with team members.
• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Prior experience in working on Agile/Scrum projects with exposure to tools like Jira/Azure DevOps.
