Technical Business Analyst / Lead Data Analyst
Work Type: Work from Office is Mandatory (Monday to Friday)
Work Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Location: Chennai (Ramanujam IT Tech Park - Thiruvanmiyur) and/or Client office premises.
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners is a Plus / Max 30 Days.
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Business Analyst / Lead Data Analyst with strong expertise in banking system implementation, data management, with deep knowledge of core banking systems, banking functional knowledge, data analysis, mapping, integration and migration for Banking systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent practical experience.
Team Member / Lead - Minimum 8 to 10 Plus years of hands-on data mapping, migration / data engineering / experience from corporate banking domain.
Technical Skills:
- Core Banking Functions:
- CASA.
- Payments & Settlements.
- Loans.
- Trade Finance.
- Securities.
- Minimum 1 Core Banking Platforms experience is mandatory.
- Murex.
- T24.
- Flex cube.
- Finacle.
- Other Core Banking Application.
- Data Warehouse / Transformation experience in:
- Functional Specification Preparation (FSD).
- Data Governance / Modelling / Mapping.
- Data Dictionaries Creation.
- End to End Lineage documentation.
- Data Transformation & Migration.
- Project Management Skills:
- Planning & Delivery Management.
- Stakeholder and End User Coordination.
- Project Tracking, Reporting & Documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Experience working on Global (Core) Banking System Implementations across Asia Pacific / US / European Banking environments.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms and core banking data ecosystems.
- Strong knowledge of SQL concepts and hands-on experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience in data transformation and migration projects.
- Experience in DWH implementation, delivering functional specifications and creating Data Mapping and Data Lineage diagrams.
- Creating FSDs, Data Mapping specs, Data Quality specs, Datamart specs, parsing rules, and end-to-end Data Lineage flows (front office to settlements).
- Clear understanding of SDLC methodologies and coordinate with technology, operations, testing, and business teams throughout the SDLC project lifecycle.
- Experience working in end-to-end testing phases (UT, Integration, System Testing, UAT) through Go-Live.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional global business and technology teams.
- Strong documentation, presentation communication skills.
- Any other duties as and when assigned.
