Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Cards and Payments Issuing processes and digital applications.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, perform feasibility assessment with coordination from Solution architects.
• Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications to support the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business, Operations, Compliance etc. including Development and Testing teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time.
• Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to validate the functionality and usability of new features and enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Cards and Payments Issuing processes, including transaction processing, authorization, and settlement.
• Strong understanding of digital applications and technologies related to Cards and Payments, such as mobile wallets, contactless payments, and tokenization.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
