We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Operations team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service and operations management.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and supervise a team of customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall performance.
- Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Job Requirements
