We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead with over 10+ years of experience in strategic hiring, workforce planning, and leadership. The role requires driving large-scale recruitment initiatives, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with senior stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.
    • Build pipelines for niche and leadership roles.
  • Leadership & Team Development
    • Manage and mentor a team of recruiters across geographies.
    • Define KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Stakeholder & Business Partnering
    • Collaborate with CXOs and senior leaders to understand talent needs.
    • Provide market intelligence and insights to guide hiring decisions.
  • Process & Compliance
    • Enhance recruitment frameworks and candidate experience.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Employer Branding & Market Positioning
    • Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
    • Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in GCC,GBS, or large corporates.
  • Strong expertise in leadership hiring, global recruitment, and niche talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume and strategic hiring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems, recruitment analytics, and digital sourcing tools.
  • Experience in building and leading large recruitment teams.
