Team Lead – Civil & Structural QA/QC

📍 Location: Gurgaon

Project Type: High‑rise / Luxury Residential / Mega Structures

Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

Experience: 12–15+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead inspection, testing, and certification of civil & structural works from construction through HOTO for the DLF Arbour project.
• Ensure compliance with GFC drawings, contract specifications, approval standards, and applicable codes.
• Conduct and oversee inspections for formwork, reinforcement, and concrete works, including supervision during concreting.
• Review Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, shop drawings, and Testing & Commissioning plans.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals with Client, EOR, Structural Consultants, and Contractors.
• Issue and close NCRs, ensuring timely corrections and proper documentation.
• Verify calibration and readiness of site inspection tools and equipment.
  
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC, ITPs, WIRs, and construction best practices
• Experience in tall buildings / complex structures
• Excellent documentation skills
• Strong expertise in quality inspection, testing, and certification of high-rise and mega structures
• Excellent knowledge of national & international codes and standards
• Strong stakeholder coordination and leadership skills
• High attention to detail and documentation discipline
• Effective communication with Clients, Consultants, and Contractor
