Job Type: Permanent
Required Skills:
- 1-4 years of experience in technical recruitment, specifically working on IT requirements.
- Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels including internet sourcing, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Strong understanding of technical requirements.
- Knowledge of social media recruitment strategies and best practices
- Familiarity with emerging trends on primary social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team including a strong desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced technology-oriented environment.
- Be capable of using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.
- Possess strong written and oral communication skills in English, including a commitment to timely and relevant communication with applicants and account managers.
