Role & responsibilities :


The Recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition for manufacturing and engineering roles. The incumbent will partner with plant leadership and functional heads to ensure timely hiring of skilled manpower across white -collar, diploma, graduate engineer trainees (GETs), and experienced technical roles.

1. Talent Acquisition

  • Manage complete recruitment lifecycle for plant and corporate hiring.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal references, consultants, and campus drives.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
  • Coordinate technical interviews with plant stakeholders.
  • Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

2. Manufacturing & Plant Hiring

  • Hire for roles such as:
    • CNC Operators
    • Welders / Fitters
    • Supervisors
    • Diploma Engineers
    • Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs)
    • Production & Quality Engineers
  • Develop hiring pipelines for critical and niche manufacturing skills.

4. Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Plant HR and department heads.
  • Provide hiring dashboards and status reports.
  • Ensure adherence to recruitment TAT and quality metrics.

5. Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure complete documentation before onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and database.
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or related field.
  • 2 to 6 years of recruitment experience.
  • Prior experience in manufacturing / engineering recruitment preferred.
  • Strong understanding of plant hiring dynamics.
