Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 4+ years of proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment for technology roles. The ideal candidate will drive talent acquisition strategies, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance for technical positions
  • Sourcing & Headhunting: Leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean searches) to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, define role specifications, and align on hiring strategies
  • Candidate Experience: Conduct thorough screenings, coordinate interviews, provide timely feedback, and ensure positive candidate journey
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment KPIs including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness
  • Employer Branding: Promote company culture and EVP to attract top-tier technical talent

Required SkillsTechnical Recruiting Expertise

  • Deep understanding of IT roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, etc.)
  • Proficiency in technical skill assessment and candidate evaluation

Sourcing & Tools

  • Advanced Boolean search and X-Ray techniques
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo)
  • LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, Stack Overflow expertise

Communication & Negotiation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and offer management capabilities
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels

Analytical & Organizational

  • Data-driven decision making with strong analytical mindset
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
  • Detail-oriented with focus on quality and compliance

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years in IT/technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Industry Knowledge: Proven track record of hiring for software development, infrastructure, and emerging technology roles
  • Preferred: Certification in HR/Recruitment (SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
