Job Description: Talent Acquisition Manager

Experience: 7–10 Years

Location: Bengaluru

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and niche roles – from workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management to onboarding.
  • Manage and execute C2H, Contract, and Permanent hiring in alignment with business requirements.
  • Drive hiring for complex technical skills including Data (Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics), SAP (functional & technical), Salesforce, and Microservices/Cloud-based roles,AI, Machine Learning, MLOps, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, hiring managers, and leadership to understand talent needs and deliver hiring plans.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for critical and high-demand skill sets.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruiters; ensure productivity, quality of hires, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Manage vendor partners and staffing agencies for contract and C2H hiring.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer to joining ratio, etc.) and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, documentation, and onboarding standards.
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience across all hiring channels.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2–3 years in a TA Lead / Manager role.
  • Strong hiring experience in:
  • Data (Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Analytics roles)
  • SAP (Functional & Technical)
  • Salesforce
  • Microservices & Modern Application Architecture
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end hiring and C2H / Contract staffing models.
  • Experience managing high-volume and niche hiring simultaneously.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of ATS, recruitment analytics, and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, delivery-focused environments.
